is it good if over half of americans think we currently don’t live in a legitimate state?

Do they also realize that this is not only a "constitutional crisis” but a terrorist attack on America, a terrorist attack from within, with countless lives destroyed, innumerable wounded and dead?

I think there’s a good percentage of those people who believe that the constitutional crisis we’re in is anyone BUT Trump’s fault. These freaks are so addicted to being losers that they can’t even take the biggest W in recent history

Cut to the chase: (1) Trump defies Courts and acts anyway = Constitutional Crisis; (2) Trump is given Green Light by Court = Constitutional Crisis. In scenario 2 the Court abdicates the Constitution, thus sealing its role as irrelevant...

This is a bit like asking "is it good that over half the people think the room is on fire?" If the room is, in fact, in fire, the number is worryingly low but it's good that at least a majority can agree on it

I keep seeing things like "If he takes one more move, we'll be in a constitutional crisis!" ??? We were in a constitutional crisis the moment he was allowed to even run again?

@ec.europa.eu please remember to actually hold all corporations that supported this accountable after whatever happens in the world from this. Weak leaders taking grift from lobbyists got us here. It is what happened to Germany in the 20s as well. We're here-ish. www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/gui...

What multiple choice questions don’t capture is why that choice was selected. You can get 70% saying “The country is on the wrong track” but the reasons will range from taxes are too high to police kill too many Black people to police get in too much trouble for killing Black people.

I’m honestly wondering if polling needs to account for the fact that a full 30-35% of americans don’t follow politics or give a shit what happens. So maybe all polling showing 50% of americans think something should really say 33% of americans think something.

Oh it's definitely not good! But it's more like "half of US thinks we are definitely having an ARGUMENT about the legitimacy of the state". (True!) If we just don't HAVE a legitimate state anymore then the crisis is aready over and done with! Or something like that.

Hmm, I'd like to know why they think that. Is there a version that goes "if yes, because Trump is illegitimately trying to make himself king, or because Trump should make himself king faster?"
