It took a crazy amount of convincing to get my retired parents to install this weird app called “Steam” on their computer, but since then, they’ve been playing Balatro every day and keeping a spreadsheet of all their chip collecting. They’re almost up to gold! 😁 Love your game!!

Hey man, a friend gave me the game in the release and I loved it. I was starting to play poker and your game help me a lots to understand the rules. In the last week I bought the mobile version and finally won my firts run. You game is amazing!

I'll just add to the chorus of folks who say, "Thanks for making such a great game!" I'm particularly grateful for the mobile version, which is pretty close to perfect. Balatro is proof positive that good ideas and strong execution still matter in gaming!

Balatro will be referenced forever by developers and players alike. I've already seen games in the same subgenre, and I reflexively relate them back to Balatro. "It's basically Balatro with roulette" and such as. You've created an eternal classic. A part of you is immortal. Thank you for sharing it.

Wondering what Balatro is tends to fill me with curiosity since I've seen a classic game get a roguelike mode before (Shotgun King) but never one for a game of chance like Poker. They are both one of a kind in their own rights.
