I am absolutely not volunteering but I think that every T&S team should have at least one person on it (or paid consultants) who has been a big target for harassment before. So many decisions I see seem to come down to not really *understanding* what this is like & how it actually happens.

Bsky really needs to understand that a large percentage of us are here specifically because special rules for bigots ruined Twitter. It's a losing strategy to cater to them. A social media site can't run on antisocial behavior.

Bluesky needs to ban Jesse Singal. He’s a notorious bad-faith actor who we *know* uses social media to harass and attack vulnerable people. Letting Singal remain here is a violation of Bluesky’s own stated policies, IMO. He should not be allowed to once again work the refs.
