Such as the information about what many women and children look like (nearly) nude? Or the (false) information about police officers present when Nowak died? Or the information about the owner's incitement to violence in the UK? Come off it.

None of these tax dodging, foreign-based crypto billionaires and moneymen give a single shit about our country or democracy. They’re buying Farage power so he’ll remove our rights and protections to maximise their profits. It really is that simple and that corrupt. www.mirror.co.uk/news/politic...

I'll tell you what's 'unsustainable', and it's not state pensions, NHS funding or disability benefits. It's a society in which the majority works longer hours for lower wages so the 1% becomes richer still.

Dressing up as a nazi concentration guard being photographed in front of the concentration camp barracks really was a choice that she went with! That was a deliberate choice. When people show you they are fascists - fucking believe them.

It troubles me that people are conflating a case where police actively killed someone of an ethnic minority by asphyxiation, and a case where police reacted appallingly to a set or circumstances and ended up believing the murderer from an ethnic minority over the white victim.

17 people died trying to cool off in extreme, record breaking May heat. Farage’s reaction? Nothing, his plan is to reverse climate change legislation & drill for more oil. 1 man is murdered by a Sikh. His reaction? We should react with “pure cold rage” It’s not about saving life, it’s about racism.

I really hope in my lifetime we can go back to making racism something to be ashamed of again, rather than something that’ll get you a regular slot on rolling news.

This is Farage’s Britain. A hellscape of racism and riots. Decency cast aside. No responsible media platform should have given him this opportunity. A disgraceful, disrespectful day. Yet another warning to us all that all Farage will ever do is hurt and ruin and divide.

SteveA reposted

Yesterday #r4today and Webb amplified Farage's racist rubbish, later in the day the BBC gave Goodwin air time to spew his own rubbish. Now Today is wondering why there were riots in Southampton last night... it is long past time the BBC recognised it is complicit in what is happening

Everyone in Southampton who has had their property damaged by the coked up twats should report Farage for incitement and claim damages directly from him. He's got at least £5m to spare.

In Birmingham, a councillor won this month with just 20%. They happen to be Green & I'm delighted they won! It's also become clear under first past the post - the vast majority of votes don't count leaving people feeling unheard. That's the mandate to change the system. Now.

I strongly believe that Reform are stealthily engineering a Burnham win in Makerfield. Their prize is the Manchester Mayoralty. I could be wrong, but that's my feeling.

SteveA reposted

It will come as a surprise to nobody that our Makerfield candidate Rob Kenyon was a Covid moron. When Chris Whitty urged people to get Covid booster vaccines, Rob said he “can fuck right off”. Proving he's just the sort of ignorant dimwit we need in Parliament.

Since privatisation, water companies sold off 25 reservoirs without building a single major one. Now they want bill payers to fund a few new projects. Too little, too late. Privatised greed is putting us at risk during a climate emergency. To build resilience, we need public ownership.

Going Green is no longer difficult, it is no longer expensive. All we have to do is build dirt cheap solar panels, some wind turbines, and a few batteries to store the power. It's cheap, it's easy, it's clean. Burning stuff is caveman tech.
