The absolute bottom of the journalistic barrel is people in the media chiding Scott Pelley for having the gall to confront Bilton. If you want a job licking boots, become a bootlicker. You’re not a journalist.

If it seems to you like there are fewer journalists covering Connecticut, you’re right. This week, those ranks grew thinner: Hearst CT unjustly fired a highly experienced reporter who was respected by his peers, sources and readers.
I know Business Insider is trash, but look at the clowns they call “smart people”. 😂

Anyone who stays at @cbsnews.com now are complicit with the right-wing Ellisons in killing it. They're not journalists. They're cowards - especially Weijia Jiang for sucking up to Mobster/FELON/Adjudicated RAPIST Donald J. "Bone Spurs" Trump & holding the vile White House Correspondents' dinner.
The right-wing billionaires like the Ellisons, Bezos & Zuckerberg are as much mobsters as the insane "reality" TV con man they put into OUR White House. Americans MUST stop being a silly people & wise up & demand better for our nation before the oligarchs enslave us all. bsky.app/profile/donn...
Scott Pelley is a good man. The right-wing extremist Ellisons bought @cbsnews.com with the goal of killing it - and journalism. The Ellisons are billionaires & can afford to lose money. Their purchases of Paramount & Warner are about controlling the information Americans & the rest of the world get.
The main stream media has failed the nation. cbwrong.blogspot.com/2026/05/when...
@netflix.com should hire all the former 60 minutes folks being fired and put on a free weekly show on Netflix. Have paid content available from that team but put one-per-week for free. Call it The Weekly Hour (nod to 60 min.). Netflix would instantly rocket to the most serious news show on TV
Haven't been able to watch MSM for decades. Tonight my husband turned on CNN to see California returns and I still can't. With the exception of Christiane Amanpour, I only see talking heads between commercials for Big Pharma. Have watched @democracynow.org for 3 decades.
Especially given that Bari's whole origin story is "I stood up to my bosses" and the Free Press ran an editorial from "The Editors" lionizing Jan Crawford's "courage" for defending Tony Dokoupil in a meeting after the Coates thing.
