Hey it IS summer now! Not much longer now, I guess.

How is the app going guys? Getting closer?

Best news! Super excited.

It’s now been the summer, where art thou?

I’ll do anything to support Tapbots.

Take my money 🥰

+1 💖

Super happy about this, but I still think there's a lot of value in an app that supports both networks. I'm using Openvibe right now instead of separate apps.

Any updates on this, end of summer starting to be in sight

I just found out that the Tweetbot team is behind this, but I would love to see the old retro Tweetbot style for Phoenix. Or at least give us the option to choose the retro Tweetbot icon. Pure nostalgia!

I was an early adopter and long time user of Tweetbot on iPhone and Mac and I cannot wait for Phoenix. This is great news.

🙌🏻 finally ❤️

Please I'm begging you to do an iPad version, I will spare no expenses to buy it.

I’m excited for this because I dislike the way the official app works with timeline updates, but also disappointed that I’ll still need two apps. Even if I still need both, it would be nice not to have two separate timelines, even if you get sent to the other app to interact with posts.

Ping! It will be soon, right?

OMGGGGG

How close are we getting to seeing the release? Early summer?

omfg you have no idea how happy that makes me, the current experience on iPad is just godawful.

Yes, and yes!

Right there with you re iPad user almost exclusively! So excited as a very long time Tweetbot user (before, you know…)

yay!!! Looking forward to this!! Thank you!

This is the one.

This is awesome!!!

Big W

Whoop whoop!!

Gimme

Please make sure its subscription is independent of Ivory (or offer a new combo one), I really want to continuously support your development. ❤️

nahh not these fucking subscriptions bro 😭😭 I tried Ivory and and you can’t even like a post without paying monthly for a mastodon client. I do understand that you guys need to eat and you are a small team of 3 people but this is kinda ridicilous

The good news we’ve been waiting for! 🐘🦋@bsky.app

Just a few weeks till the end of summer. Any updates?

Really excited about this 😁

YES!!!!

Thank you thank you thank you!

As someone who loved every version of tweetbot, I’m so exited! I’m paying for ivory even though I don’t use mastodon as a way to support the development. Can’t wait to see news of a public alpha!

My money is ready

Will I be able to turn it off? :D

Omg how I miss this

YES!!!

I totally wanna be on that beta!

Hells yes!

Long-time customer here, this is fantastic news! ❤️

Any news about the alpha? I could write a heartfelt explanation of why I want to join… but instead, I’ll just attach a picture of my current situation and humbly beg for your pity, noble gatekeeper of the alpha

Boo. Well at least iPad users will be rejoicing! That's good!

The best news

Any idea as to when the public beta will go live?

I will buy this immediately. 😍

laughing, crying, throwing up, etc

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

HELL YEAH

My money is ready!

Can't wait.. They make quality apps. Missed them since I never went to Mastadon. iPhone and iPad apps would be great (take my money!!) * Bookmarks as well please 🙏

Make it so! 😀

Glad to see it, but if I'm honest, a unified client is the only path forward for me personally. The socials are now split too far apart and it's too hard to keep track.

Finally 🤩

My iPad thanks you.

Looking forward to this 🥳🎉

Please make it like Tweetbot. I loved that app.

If you need Testflighters DM me!

Amazing!!!

This is great news!

I totally get what this is about. Totally. When does it hit theaters?

Ohhhhhhh snap.

😳😳😳

I remember loving tapbots back when I had an iOS device 😭

I implore you to consider offering a non-subscription option

Will there be a web edition of Phoenix as well?

Omg yes! I might actually use Bluesky when this comes out!

release this immediately or else

Yay!!!!!

👋 Welcome to the Club

Hell yeah

Can’t wait longer…. Come on, guys….. I’m checking every day your websites, socials and still nothing 😢

Oh, come on, let me in 😍

YES

Can’t wait!!

Yessss been waiting for this

Woo Hoo!! This is great news. I would have preferred Threads over Bluesky, but I imagine Facebook doesn’t have a API available to allow you to make a client for Threads 😢

Understanding that awesome work/development/products etc deserve to be paid for, is there a possibility of a "both" Ivory and Phoenix yearly sub, that would be a little discount from both separately. Thanks a bunch!

Well, I’m gonna go broke

hell yea

Please make an iPad app as well.

You guys got any more of those beta invites

Best news I’ve had all week! Thank you for this awesome news.

Anxious to see what you good people do with this 😄

Calm down, guys! They didn't say which summer they were talking about!

When….?!

omg

Hopefully i can get test flight invite to test Phoenix soon! Thank you❤️

Any chance of a subscription that covers this and Ivory together? Already love using Ivory and would buy a bundle in a heartbeat!

Can’t wait!

Phoenix for Bluesky got announced on Phoenix week… it’s all connected

Helllll yeah

Can. Not. Wait for Phoenix! Hope I can get an Alpha slot! Loooong time user of Tweetbot and Ivory.

Can we get some teaser screenshots :)

Yes please!

This might be exactly what I need to start using Bluesky 😃

Yeah, Phoenix is better than Antennae 😆

If it's as smooth and polished as Ivory for Mastodon I will be thrilled to bits guys and thanks.

Ivory was amazing already and I'm super excited for this!

LFG!!!

FUCK YES

Fantastic news! Looking forward to the first alpha version.

HECK YEAH

I am so excited to hear this. As a long time user of Tweetbot I look forward to this. If you can make “save your place in your following feed” a reality I will just about pay anything.

I really want to get on the TestFlight for this.

Love to see it. I am an early Ivory adopter and happy customer - will be very glad to support you here as well. (And I will still be using both Mastodon and Bluesky!)

Make it a one-time payment, I’m in. Keep up with that monthly subscription, and it’s a hard no.

I want this so bad. My favourite calculator app.
