As a total aside, wow, I miss the days when people like Terry Sanford weren’t so unusual in public service.

Everything Trump touches dies. This guy had a thirty year law career. And he’s standing in court today, trying to explain how he fabricated quotes in a filing, and the best he can come up with is that he put them in a draft.

I‘ve noticed on social media people using quote marks around what are really paraphrases, or taking out words and phrases without using ellipses. Just increasingly sloppy. But doing that in court order? Next level. And he didn’t misquote, he fabricated quotes. Almost certainly intentionally.

You did an amazing job. Ive seen more fractured narratives from seasoned pros. Well done and great to read.

All the hack DOJ attorneys hired by Bondy, who lie in court and make these false statements and coverup should all be investigated by the bar in disbarred

Even trained purely on appropriate texts, an LLM would still just be a word prediction engine, not something that is actually designed for determining truth. This branch of AI technology is a useless novelty, and definitionally cannot be made useful for any real application. Work done with it rots.

Even before lawyers started using AI, DOJ filings were loaded with typos and other errors. I believe they're intentional, with the intent being to show contempt for the current legal system.
