Really great game. I finally got round to playing it and I enjoyed the whole thing. I got all the animal creatures. oh boy!

I knew your lil guys felt familiar! I love this game so much 💕 Thank you for making the games and lil guys that you do; they bring so much joy. ❤️

I just finished this game, and what a wonderful experience! Thank you, your team and the testers for bringing this project to life! I will admit, you did a great little tearjerker at the true (?) ending. The art direction and the music are amazing too!!!

Just finished getting all the animals and had such an enjoyable time playing. The creature designs are so good and everything is just teeming with charm. Thank you for sharing your planet with us :)

Really loved this. I don't get time to play many video games so this was perfect for me. First encounter being a creature teleporting me made the whole experience even more disorienting. The amount of little unique details here makes me even more excited for Amazing Treasure Valley

it has a linux version, so you should be able to run it, you'll just have to install it manually, via the desktop UI. but steam allows you to add non-steam games to its launcher (maybe you know that already)

I wanted to write something here personally so here I go. I played through the entire game yesterday on call with some very close friends of mine, and I collected every creature as well. I really really liked this game, esp its character designs and the writing/flavor texts as well. (1/?)

And the messages near the end of the game were very personal and sweet... at the very least, you reached me with your world and ideas and I really liked what you created. I remember your art and character doodles back from when you did a lot of Megaman art (and the MM Sprite Game) (2/?)

You've grown so much as an artist and gamedev, it's honestly very inspiring to me. I want to create my own videogames one day, that are very much my own flavor of "Me", akin to how your game very much reminded me of your lovely characters. This was a really relaxing and sweet experience overall(3/4)

I just played this today and found all the animals! Really lovely work, I had a smile on my face the whole time. Thank you for making it, bravo to you and everyone else involved!

i JUST got around to this (sorry but ive been slow on even playing franken but i will soon!) it's awesome and i love and the feeling i get from all the little parts makes me wiggly and happy i love it!!

I wondered why the comments on this entertainment were so elderly. Though I luckily then spotted the "pinned" on your decades old little announcement.

Played this game today and it was so cute and fun!! I love all the designs a ton especially the pc baby apple boy and the 61st animal who has a great concept (that hair!!) So well done, glad I stumbled onto your art and I'm excited to see more in the future!

i love this game and your style so much! if we lived in feudal times i woudl beg to be apprenticed in the splendidland dojo. all the art from treasure valley fill me with curiousity n nostalgia

I had an absolutely wonderful time streaming this game, finding all the creatures and reading their descriptions. There’s so much love packed into every inch of Formless Star, and at the end, some heartfelt words I truly needed to hear. Thank you so much for sharing what you’ve made.

Your creativity is captivating, you are an inspiration for me to one day have the courage to create a little game! The message at the end was something I needed to hear at that moment, thanks a lot for this lovely and unique experience! ✨

Finished the game in its entirety wjole I was in a vc with a friend! It was a really fun experience and we both laughed a lot at most of the jokes that were thrown at us But I have to ask, sometimes the screen turns a different tint and it stays that way, is that intentional?

It does go back to normal when I re-enter the ship, but the different tint sometimes makes it hard to see the animals in their entirety and I can't tell if it sticking through-out was intentional or not, so just wanting to make sure!

there's 4 different palettes, it changes after each 15 you find and unlocks it as a new option whenever you create a new world! if visibility is made poorer though, i may update the palettes later

It was a bit hard to see at times without the standard colors, especially with the greenish tinted palette, so that's the main reason I was asking (and if you were to update it, it'd be very appreciated) But thank you for letting me know!
