Trump: "The courts have all of the sudden, out of nowhere, they said, 'maybe you have to have trials.' Trials. We're gonna have 5 million trials? It doesn't work."

"all of the sudden it's not OK to lock people in a slave camp for the rest of their life without even giving them a chance to defend themselves? How can I possibly run a country like this?"

There's a recurring character who's a talking towel (created by the US military) named Towelie who loves to smoke weed and get high. He helps the boys get back their stolen Okama Game Sphere. His catch phrase is "I have no idea what's going on." That's the entire joke. :-) Glad to be helpful.

Felon: The U. S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for a law which violates it to be valid. "All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and VOID ." Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176. 1803

Or you can let them go through the proper channels to apply for citizenship. No trial necessary when you aren’t trying to illegally imprison people. This is not out of nowhere. You’re just a dumbass.

Trump is ordering Constitutional "Code Reds" and there are Americans with giant bags of popcorn, cheering him on, demanding he say even more stupid shit. If there is one party, currently on this planet, that would vote for "The Purge", it's the fucking Republicans of 2025.

Spoken like a losing tennis player who asks, “Why do we have tournaments, anyhow?” Trump hates courts NOW, because he keeps losing. He used to love them, back when he sued everyone to get what he wanted.

Reviews/due process seldom lead to actual trial; that was when the government and the defense reviewed Discovery and could negotiate a just settlement. If every case goes to trial it would be because the Gov’s position is so impossible a jury is a safer outcome eg admits error & refuses to release.

With Trump it’s hard to tell if he’s deliberately lying or if he actually believes the bullshit that spews from his mouth—for immigrants, due process is simply appearing before a judge to plead their cases. It’s not a full-blown trial

“All of a sudden out of nowhere”? The Magna Carta, signed in 1215, established the principle that no free man would be deprived of his life, liberty, or property except by the lawful judgment of his peers or by the law of the land. And it’s in the Constitution too. He’s an evil, lying scumbag.

The distinction is that this is not about *deporting* undocumented immigrants to their countries of origin, it is about CONDEMNING INNOCENT PEOPLE TO LIFE IN PRISON in a 3rd country. I wonder if Trump even understands this b/c Miller is driving this evil, and Trump doesn't care enough to understand.

"All of a sudden?" You mean the trials thay have always been expected? The reason the Bills have all wanted to add judges. You know, the Bills the GOP shot down. Nutjob.

Ah yes, the "sudden" rights and law established 230 some years ago 😳 If nothing you want to do can be done without breaking laws, violating rights and or violating the Constitution, you're the problem. If ya can't do 5mil trials, oh well, then ya can't deport 5mil pp to death prisons 🤷🏻‍♀️

What the hell is Roger Goodell doing there? By the way anybody who stands next to that reeking shitbag while he spouts fascist stuff like this without speaking out is complicit! Roger, you coward. You fucking simp!

This man understands nothing and believes in nothing. It's all knee-jerk thoughts that serve only to get retribution, or stroke his ego. He is the least evolved homosapien.

What I find more shocking, is the people who stand next to him and let him spout utter tripe. Their credibility as intelligent people is being destroyed and they just stand there like stuffed dummys. I wonder why?

Why? Because they believe they stand to benefit from his regime’s bullshit, but if they say anything negative they’ll be cast out. So, they just play along.

trump doesn't work. trump policies don't work. There really ought to be a standard that anyone running for president has read and understood the Constitution. There need to be consequences for when trump violates his oath of office (which is like every minute of every day).

There are 25-50 million traffic violations per year. 5% are contested in court proceedings. At least 1.2 million court cases over traffic violations per year It can work but only if you want it to and that means providing the necessary resources.

"Now the radical looney left, they have this new word they like to use, trials. Think about it, trials, nobody's ever said this before. They're trying to say there's a fifth amendment. Can you believe that? A phony amendment. Everybody knows there's only one amendment, the second amendment."

I keep hearing people day that rights are granted by the constitution. That's not correct. The constitution was specifically written to limit the government. That's why due process applies to everyone. Because it's a limit we put on the government.

You’re not gonna have 5 million trials, because the government has no case against almost all of the 5 million (a number Donald Jesus Trump pulled out of his ass on the spot) individuals he claims are criminals. This is why we have trials.

I mean this is the same guy that said the Declaration of Independence was about love and unity. That same document btw listed a lack of trial by jury as one of the reasons they were declaring independence. Totally out of nowhere.
