I had to check how old she is. Thought she was at least 80 but it turns out she is 73. Some people at 70 are biologically 80. I may be in the minority but I strongly believe in capping the age of politicians to 70. That's 5 years more than the work retirement age.

Agreed. If seniors feel they still have something to contribute they can act as a repository of experience for people to draw on. Like a library of life experiences that anyone who is curious can look up. For some storage can be at the seniors wing in prison.

Well, I’m from MA, so it’s a different sort of accent but my family spent a lot of time up in Maine. I found Collins’ answers oddly tense and not smooth. You’d think after so many years, she’d be able to sound polished. But she didn’t at all (I’m not talking about the sound of her voice).

Yes! All the tariffs were flatly ILLEGAL because Trump usurped the taxation power of CONGRESS, shielded and enabled by COLLINS. Trump used them for CORRUPTION by bargaining exceptions to INSIDERS. So folks in Maine are supposed to THANK her for the exception for rock salt for participating corruptly

Strongly voting like she writes a strongly worded letter. Most places don't use road salt anymore, they use brine in Wisconsin. It uses less salt, roads are pretreated and the stuff keeps melting ice and snow before it happens. Did she say pulp? To make paper? It's not used in cement.
