Fantastic idea! Wish every tight primary would adopt this. Democrats need to realize that the primary was simply to choose who the people wanted to be their Democratic candidate. November is the important win.

Because that is the problem with Democrats/Liberals. We have standards, which means we don’t support candidates WHO COMMIT CRIMES. (like raping kids) But an annoyingly vocal part of us include people with TOO high standards, who turn on candidates for stupid reasons too.

David Crowley and Francesca Hong joining forces is a welcome sign. In the old spirit, the realm is strongest when its knights lay aside their differences and stand together against the darkness. Wisconsin needs that unity now, not for one person or party, but for democracy itself.

I'd love nothing more than one stop on this "Unity Tour" to be a city that's fighting an AI Data Center project. And we all know what they'd be stopping there to announce.

The campaign will hinge on his position on data centers. Hong will not be able to keep a lot of her voters on board if he maintains his favorable views of expanding data center construction in Wisconsin.

Hard fought primaries, with the fight for the general election taking short term precedence is great. Then once whoever is in power, holding them to account to the people not with fealty to a person. Rise, repeat. And that is a more healthy democracy.

He's pretty tame. He's for school voucher bullshit, so that's bad, and he only wants to bring in the "good" data centers and refuses a full rejection. The fear of having a data center in their backyard wasn't as scary to WI voters as Thanksgiving being banned by Hong. So, nbd.

The ONLY issue with Hong is that she was unable to cut through the bullshit attacks. For any candidate that is job 1 in the disinformation age. So this is a perfect role for her. Bring her positives but her negatives are pretty much neutralized.
