it would be if capitalism wasn't the dominant (sole) mode of production. an antagonism between capital holders and labor is not an ideal place in which to have advanced data gathering software.

In computer terms, AI is capable of returning a 1 when the correct output is 0. It's an error. The machine doesn't "believe" the correct output is 0 and return a 1 anyway to deceive the user. It simply returns an incorrect number because of bad code. Lying requires the belief step.
