They raided a 500 unit building in Chicago and got 2 "suspected gang members" and guy with an outstanding warrant. They detained everyone they could and checked later. 2 guys had tattoos and/or Chicago Bulls merch and another guy didn't show up for his weed hearing or whatever. 500 homes raided.

I don’t think they have paperwork for 97% of people. They just look for someone who seems like an easy mark. I know it might not be possible and definitely dangerous, but it would be great if bystanders could try to rip the “ICE” thugs’ masks off.

Yes, I've heard something to that effect, too, but not seen it plausibly verified. Tbf that influenced my opinion. But also...if they were executing a warrant, they didn't try very hard. Perhaps it is part of "training", the way DJT using some cities.

"Plausibly verified"...what? A literal 1 second google search you would have discovered there are mandatory abduction quotas of 3000 per day. As this is an impossible legal process, the quota is "informal", because of course it is. Kidnapping is not a formal legal process that requires a warrant.

I don't know for certain about bonuses (certainly wouldn't surprise me) but it's been documented through court cases, etc. that agents have had to figure out the *names* of at least some of their abductees *after* they'd already been abducted, so obviously no warrant or evidence without even a NAME.

There was no fear in that video. Fear presents itself in a heightened awareness of the crowd. Fear would present itself in escalated voices, frantic actions, and more concern for your partner. Fear is the bullshit they are using to justify incompetent shootings. This was just incompetence.
